Jane Verity- Smart, Interior Designer & Project Manager
Jane is the creator of inspirational interior design concepts. She has vast experience and has specialist knowledge of residential interior design and architecture. Jane designs individual interior design concepts and works at every sensory level to generate the right solutions for a client whether she is creating new spaces or working to refurbish existing interiors.

Jane is a creative interior designer with years of experience in leading creative interior design teams in the areas of int erior design and architectural solutions. Jane ensures that our high quality of creative delivery is 100% and collaborates, contributes and consistently maintains the quality of work, whilst interacting directly with our clients to ensure that all client objectives are met.

Jane enjoys spening time with friends and family, networking both on and offline and is currently training for the race for life 19 June in Leeds to raise money for charity please support the cause Race for Life. Jane is an active member of Women in Property as the PR Coordinator for the Yorkshire & North East Branch.

Steve Smart, Project Manager & Cost Consultant
Steve is a project manager, cost consultant and excellent communicator. By mapping out the project programme Steve helps our clients to understand the design and construction process. The cost exercises which Steve undertakes help clients appreciate the details of project funding and provide a clear knowledge of how the project can improve their lifestyle. Steve is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service and ensures satisfaction with the delivery of projects from concept to completion.

In Steves spare time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, cycling, running, Formula 1 racing and triathalons. Last year he took part in the London Triathalon.
