So, commercial interior design refers to the interior design of commercial spaces such as retail spaces, offices, restaurants, reception areas, and public spaces. Therefore, Interior designers firstly establish a brief from their client and sometimes work with an architect. Also, a designer determines the requirements and appearance of the finished environment.

So, why do Businesses retain commercial interior designers as a critical experience-based ‘design strategy’?

The design strategy often means the designer works with a client to ensure the original design goals are met.  Above all, designing to a specific theme or create a visually exciting space with critical focal points. In other words, good commercial interiors add a significant impact by adding value to the building and improving the area for those who spend time there.

Additionally, currently, there is a big focus on mental health and well-being. Incorporating biophilic design and connecting nature into the built environment into an interior has been proven to add productivity and well-being.
