We created breakout spaces, including games areas, such as table tennis and table football rooms. And a Library with a beanbag zone with books and board games. As a result, staff wellbeing and culture has improved by providing flexible, calm, comfortable work surroundings.
The environment has key touchpoints for visitors, staff and interviewees. The boardroom and meeting rooms provide a think tank of inspiration to share ideas and progress projects innovatively. The tech upgrades make it quicker to meet virtually with teams spread across locations.
Commercial Design Ideas
By zoning an office like this, we cut distractions and create flexible work. Juggling team tasks or team meetings required breakout spaces to meet, brainstorm and present. Each space and meeting room incorporate essential tech, with video conferencing and whiteboards. In addition, we created refined interiors to suit the employee’s needs with variable lighting levels to suit individual presentation needs.
