The family-run business, Cromwell Head Office, a new home, is a brand-new purpose-built headquarters and distribution facility. The building has a Certificate A rating energy performance with solar panels, EV charging points. And a state-of-the-art Building Management System with heat recovery for optimum efficiency.

Head office Sustainable Interiors

We discussed the business requirements for the office interior design with the architects and Client. We space planned a scheme to house each team and their specific needs. Some departments, mainly the accounts team, required an abundance of storage. We introduced a built-in storage wall spanning floor to ceiling for maximum efficiency.

Sustainable Interior Finishes

As sustainability is essential to the Client, we sourced environmentally friendly materials, finishes and products from our comprehensive supplier range. The products suited the business needs and provided a warm, creative environment for employees and visitors. For example, we designed bespoke acoustic divider screens to form semi-private breakout areas for breaks.

We designed a large layout table in the sales office for new products to be laid out and reviewed – each room designed to suit the occupants. The boardroom combines video conferencing with a large screen to make presentations more accessible. The boardroom table in a consistent wood finishes seating for 18 people with intelligent technology built into the table.
