CARRWOOD PARK SERVICED OFFICES
We provided Carrwood Park Serviced Offices with interior design consultancy services. Initially, to assist the Client with the refurbishment and face-lift of the existing serviced offices. We tailor-designed the moss plank carpet tiles with a feature colour to create walkways and define the ‘Third Workspace’. By creating a library study area, pods to meet and work. In addition, individually informal meeting booths alongside an interior planting scheme. It incorporates large Palms, Kentia Palms and Rhipsalis, Orchids, Succulents, Ficus, Zammy, Maranta, a Seasonal display, herbs, and trailing ivy.
CARRWOOD PARK INTERIOR REFURBISHMENT
Initially, we worked with our Client to evolve the existing communal spaces creatively to elevate their brand personality into the environment to create a unique setting. Our workplace interior design services aided the refurbishment to face-lift the current serviced offices. The areas involved included ‘the third space’ breakout areas. In addition, we created a library study area and open circular meeting tables: pods to meet and work individually and in informal meeting booths.
CARRWOOD PARK THIRD SPACE
Finally, we designed a new bespoke reception area with a new counter with granite top and LED feature lighting. The backdrop is a biophilic preserved moss wall. In addition, we updated the meeting rooms by introducing a new colour scheme and incorporating biophilic planting and new flooring, aiding the acoustics and wellbeing.
