LUCRE OFFICE INTERIOR DESIGN
Taking the grade 2 listed building, we created the Lucre office interior design, injecting their essential progressive brand energy. The facility is spread over four floors. We assessed the space, discussed the partial landlord refurbishment with the agent and established the Clients requirements.
Commercial Office Interior Design Concept
We prepared a concept ‘look book’ to discuss with the Client, which quickly developed into an interior brand. Then, we surveyed the listed building and prepared space-planning drawings to aid team allocation for the office layout. The interior design concept incorporates copper pendant lighting.
The interior decor provides crisp white walls, with mustard and blue-grey feature walls. Alongside, cork bark feature walls and subtle brand messages into the office interior design. The flooring has a tailor-made geometric feature carpet.
On the ground floor, the accommodation includes a boardroom with large sash windows, with a high ceiling and original features. We designed an 8-seater edgy bespoke boardroom table with video conferencing. The room also incorporates an egg chair, credenza, and hints of biophilic design with a cork bark panel.

The meeting room consists of a bespoke meeting table with hairpin legs. breakout seating area and storage with a multi-functional display unit. Our office interior design styles always connect with each Client. The design bonds their corporate and brand requirements into each individual office environment.
The first and second-floor houses the offices and breakout areas. The basement houses, a zoned breakout, high bar and kitchen area to hold team events. The staff use the space to hold meetings, take time out and recharge and it incorporates a cork bark feature wall, and bespoke lockers to compliment the interior styling.
